Caramel Pecan Pie

 Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips to batter before baking!

Cheesecake (NEW Mix!!)

 Bailey's Cheesecake- Decrease the amount of sour cream to 3/4 cup and add 1/4 cup of Baileys Irish Cream; prepare as directed. You can also substitute a shot of Creme De Menthe for a minty-green cheesecake or add a dash of green food coloring for color without the liquor.

 

Fudge Pie

 Turtle Pecan Cheesecake- Beat together the mix, 2 (8oz) cream cheese, and 3 eggs. Crush 2 cups of cookies, graham crackers, wafers, etc. Mix crumbs with ½ stick melted butter. Press into 9 inch spring form pan. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 400 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 200 and bake for another 40 minutes or until cake springs back to the touch. Top with some caramel sauce, pecans, and melted chocolate.
 
Heavenly Chocolate Pie/Cheesecake
 Make Brownies and Chocolate Pie according to directions. Crumble up Brownies. In a glass bowl, layer ½ crumbled brownies, cool whip, and then ½ chocolate pie filling. Repeat! Yummy!
 
Peanut Butter Pie
 1. Triple Trouble Fudge Brownies- Prepare Reese’s Cup Bars according to directions. Spread batter into pan. Then prepare the Double Fudge Brownie Mix and layer batter on top of the Reese’s Cup Bar batter. Then prepare a package of Peanut Butter Pie mix with Cream Cheese ONLY! Do not add cool whip. You may not need the entire package. Drop dollops of the Peanut Butter Pie with cream cheese mix on top of the brownie mix. Take a butter knife and drag the PB dollops into a swirly pattern. Bake at 350 for 30-45 Minutes depending on your oven. Have a tall glass of milk ready when serving these!

2. Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie- Mix Peanut Butter Cookie mix according to package directions. Spread and mold into a pie plate and bake until done or golden brown. Let cool. Then mix the Peanut Butter Pie Mix. Fill your Peanut Butter Cookie Crust with PB pie. You can add chopped Reese’s to the mix for extra calories or after spreading PB Pie, top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

2. Peanut Butter Cup Bars- Prepare a package of Peanut Butter Pie Mix with ¾ cup of corn syrup. Mix and spread onto your fudge and chill. If you want to get really fancy line your muffin or mini muffin pans with foil cupcake liners or plastic wrap. Place a dollop of fudge in each and press down or mold into the pan to make a well. Place a spoonful of PB Mix in the center, chill a bit and then top with another spoon of fudge to cover the top to make your own homemade Peanut Butter Cups.

 

Spiced Apple Cake Mix

Prepare Spiced Apple Cake batter according to package, set aside. Take a cake pan (round or square) and spray with baking spray. Then line with parchment paper or wax paper to fit the bottom, spray again. Slice 1-2 apples into thin rings (depending on how big your pan is). Single layer them onto the lined pan. Place Caramel Apple Dip in a small sauce pan with 1/2 stick of butter and melt on low. Pour over apples until covered. You may not use the entire sauce pan. Then pour in the Spiced Apple Cake Batter on top and bake according to directions or until clean toothpick in center. When done, let cool slightly. Invert onto plate or platter, remove pan, and gently remove wax paper. Great served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

2. Use the Caramel Apple Dip on the Apple Spice Cake, Pecan Pie Muffins or any choc. cake mix. Prepare as directed with cream cheese, leave out until room temp and use the same as frosting.
