1. Chocolate Layered Dessert- Make Double Fudge Brownies and Heavenly Chocolate Pie according to directions. Crumble up Brownies. In a glass bowl, layer ½ crumbled brownies, cool whip, and then ½ chocolate pie filling. Repeat! Yummy!
2. Make Brownies according to directions. Then, make Bethany’s 5 Minute Fudge. Ice the brownies immediately with about half of the fudge mix. < br> 3. Triple Trouble Fudge Brownies- Prepare Reese’s Cup Bars according to directions. Spread batter into pan. Then prepare the Double Fudge Brownie Mix and layer batter on top of the Reese’s Cup Bar batter. Then prepare a package of Peanut Butter Pie mix with Cream Cheese ONLY! Do not add cool whip. You may not need the entire package. Drop dollops of the Peanut Butter Pie with cream cheese mix on top of the brownie mix. Take a butter knife and drag the PB dollops into a swirly pattern. Bake at 350 for 30-45 Minutes depending on your oven. Have a tall glass of milk ready when serving these! |
Eggnog Fudge
Eggnog is seasonal. To make your own to use in the mix, here is a recipe for homemade eggnog!
Ingredients for 8 servings of homemade Eggnog by Robin Doney from Silver Springs, FL 4 Fresh Eggs (separated into yolks/whites) 1//4 cup Sugar and another 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup White Rum 1 and 1/2 cups Milk (Whole or 2%) 1 and 1/2 cups Whiskey 1 cup (divided into 2 equal parts) Heavy/Whipping Cream
Directions: 1. Separate eggs into yolks and whites in separate bowls. I put the whites into the mixer and the yolks into another bowl. 2. Beat egg-yolks with 1/2 of sugar, set aside. 3. Beat egg-whites until stiff, then mix in other 1/2 of sugar. 4. Poor the yolks into the whites and mix together slowly. 5. Stir in white rum, milk, and ½ of the cream and whiskey slowly. 6. Whip rest (1/2) of cream and fold in carefully. |
Peanut Butter Cookies
Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie by Roberta Whalen Mix Peanut Butter Cookie mix according to package directions. Spread and mold into a pie plate and bake until done or golden brown. Let cool. Then mix the Peanut Butter Pie Mix. Fill your Peanut Butter Cookie Crust with PB pie. You can add chopped Reese’s to the mix for extra calories or after spreading PB Pie, top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate syrup. |
Reese's Cup Bars (cannot guarantee that the chocloate will not melt during ANY month)

Snickerdoodle Cookies
Summertime Key Lime Pie or Lemon Cookies- by Roberta Whalen Prepare Snickerdoodle cookie dough according to package, and instead of rolling into cinnamon as directed, roll into Key Lime Pie or Lemonade Pie mix before baking. Bake according to directions on Snickerdoodle Mix package. Can also be used with the sugar free varieties of all these mixes. |
Sugar Cookies
| Jam-Filled Thumbprints- Mix Sugar Cookie mix as directed. Place a package of Banana-Nut Cheesecake mix in a small bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll into Banana-nut mix. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Make a well in the center of the cookie ball with your thumb or back of a small spoon. Fill half way with your choice of Jelly, Jam or Preserves. Bake as directed or until edges appear golden brown. |
