Honey Pecan Chicken Coating (Now in Large Bag and includes pecans!)

Sweet and Sour Chicken- Cut up pkg of chicken breasts into chunks, prepare as directed with Honey Pecan Chicken Mix. You can flash fry it in the frying pan and transfer to baking dish, add diced red pepper and can of pineapple chunks. Transfer to oven to finish cooking chicken with the honey and pecans. Meanwhile, boil as much rice as needed. On a plate, put a bed of rice and top with the pieces of Honey Pecan Chicken with red peppers and pineapple.

Additional Recipes for
Italian Seasoning
1. Sprinkle on spaghetti or other Italian dishes/casseroles
2. Biscuits that taste like Red Lobster’s! Prepare biscuit mix using any biscuit mix recipe. Add desired amount of garlic (approx. 1-2 Tbsp) and 1 cup grated cheese. Mix well. Spoon mix onto cookie sheet in desired portions- about 6-8 biscuits. Sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning. Bake as directed. After baking, dab garlic butter on top of each. Great served with Skillet Lasagna!
3. Italian Meatloaf
1 lb ground meat
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp of salt and pepper, each
1-2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for ½ the tomato sauce and the cheese. On wax paper, press thin and shape the ground beef mixture into a rectangle. Sprinkle the cheese towards the middle. Roll up and press ends to seal. Take off of wax paper, and top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake 350 until desired doneness. |
