In a soup pot, prepare a package of Cream of Anything Soup Mix as directed, and when creamy, add 2 small cans of chopped clams, the sauted vegetable mixture and 1/4 cup of cream or half and half to lighten the color a bit. Serve with soup crackers! Hit's the spot on a chilly day.
