Banana Nut Cheesecake Ball
1. Morning Glory Cream Cheese Spread Combine 1/2 of each package (Carrot Raisin Cheesecake Ball and Banana Nut Cheesecake Ball) with "16 oz" or 2 packages of cream cheese. Add 1/4 cup of shredded carrots, 1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained well), and 1/4 cup of shredded coconut. Spread on your bagels, muffins, banana bread, etc.
2. Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake- Prepare Pumpkin Bread as directed, place in cake pan (square, rectangle, round or bundt) and sprinkle a package of Banana Nut Cheesecake or a prepared package of Apple Crisp Mix on top before baking. YUM!
3. Jam-Filled Thumbprints- Mix Sugar Cookie mix as directed. Place a package of Banana-Nut Cheesecake mix in a small bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll into Banana-nut mix. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Make a well in the center of the cookie ball with your thumb or back of a small spoon. Fill half way with your choice of Jelly, Jam or Preserves. Bake as directed or until edges appear golden brown. |
Carrot and Raisin Cheesecake Spread

Chop up the raisins a bit finer. Add 1 Tbsp Butter to it. Grate carrots REALLY fine as well. This makes it really creamy like a buttery cheesecake spread... Put it in a dip bowl on a plate with the Pumpkin Bread slices around it. Makes a great "bread spread".... smoother and creamier.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip
1. Add 8 oz cool whip and ½ cup chopped pecans.
2. Tiramisu- Make a cup of instant mocha cappuccino. Dip one side of lady finger cookies into the cappuccino. Layer on the bottom of a small square baking dish or loaf pan. The filling is made by mixing a package of Chocolate chip cheesecake mix with a small container of mascarpone cheese. Spread this layer over the lady fingers. Dust with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. This can also be prepared individually in martini glasses for a beautiful presentation. BR>
3. White Chocolate Mousse Tart- Prepare a package of vanilla instant pudding as directed on package. Whip with electric mixer. Slowly add in 1 package of Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Mix. Hand mix or use slow speed not to break up chips. Pour into prepared mini graham cracker tart shells. |
Chocolate Pecan Cheesecake Spread
| Pinot Noir-Chocolate Truffle Spread- Mix 1 pkg of cream cheese with Chocolate Pecan Cheesecake Spread (reserve the pecans), and 2 Tbsp of Pinot Noir. Sprinkle pecans on top. Serve with fruit or crackers. |
