Apple Cinnamon Pancakes |

This mix is full of fresh apples that were dried right here in our kitchen. Requires 1 egg, milk, and oil. Serves 8 |
| Instruction |

Combine 1 large egg, 1 cup milk, and 3 Tbsp oil in a medium bowl. Add pancake mix and stir until moistened but still lumpy. Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat. Pour ½ cup batter into hot skillet. Flip when bubbles appear and brown the other side. Serves 8 |

Beer Bread |

This recipe is based from an old beer bread recipe that we used to sell, but you baked it in a tin can. We now sell the mix in a large bag, and you bake it in a bread pan! There won’t be a crumb left in the pan! |

Mix contents of bag with 1 (12 oz) can of beer. Pour into greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until done. |

Corn Fritter/Hush Puppy Mix |

Requires 1 egg, milk, oil, and a can of corn for fritters. |
| Instruction |

Corn Fritters: Place mix in bowl and add 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk. Mix lightly and let stand 5 minutes. Drain, and add 8 oz. can whole kernel corn. Heat 2” vegetable oil in skillet and drop batter by Tbsp. into hot oil. Fry 3-5 minutes, turning once. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. For hushpuppies: Use same directins except the omit the corn. (You may add a small amount of chopped onions or jalepenos to the batter, if desired) |

We have this bread all the time for breakfast. Add margarine, eggs, vanilla, and bananas to make 1 loaf. |

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour one loaf pan or 3 mini loaf pans. In medium bowl, stir 1 (10oz) frozen strawberries that have been thawed (with the juice), 2 eggs, ½ cup plus 1/8 cup oil. Mix well and then add contents of package. Stir until blended, pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. |
