Name   Bethany's 5 Minute Chocolate Fudge 
Description   One of our first distributors, Bethany Jewell, donated this delicious recipe for the creamiest fudge- one that will make your mouth just water- in less than 5 minutes!! Add butter, milk, and vanilla- nuts optional. Makes 9x9 pan.
Instruction   Pour both bags into microwave safe dish and make hole in middle. Put 1 stick butter or margarine in middle (cut into a few pieces) and ¼ cup milk. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and add nuts if desired. Pour into 9x11 pan, cool, and enjoy! Optional- Sift dry ingredients before using.

Name   Double Fudge Brownie Mix 
Description   These delicious brownies are full of chocolate chunks. Walnuts packaged separately but still inside the mix. Requires butter and 2 eggs. Makes 9x9 pan.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9x9 pan. Cream ½ cup butter in a mixer. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the mix and continue to beat until mixture is smooth. Spread into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.

Name   Eggnog Fudge 
Description   A great addition to your holiday sweets! Add eggnog and corn syrup. Makes a 9x9 pan.
Instruction   Combine mix with 3 Tbsp of white corn syrup and 1 cup eggnog. Boil until soft ball stage, remove from heat, and then beat rapidly until it starts to thicken and becomes creamy and glossy. Pour in buttered 9x9 pan.

Description   Full of M&M's- what a treat! Requires margarine, 1 egg, and vanilla. Makes 9x9 pan.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream 6 Tbsp. margarine, 1 egg, and ½ tsp vanilla. Add the mix and stir until mixture is blended. Spread batter into lightly greased 9x9 pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.

Instruction   Add margarine, egg, and vanilla. Makes 2 dozen cookies.

Name   Peanut Butter Cookies 
Description   Yummy cookies! Add shortening, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla. Makes 3 doz.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl cream together ¾ cup melted shortening and the sugar mixture. Add ¾ cup peanut butter and mix. Add 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, and the flour mix. Roll small portions into a ball and flatten with a fork. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen average sized cookies.

Description   This is for all you peanut butter lovers! Individually packed Reese's cups are packaged along with the dry mix to add to your dough! Requires margarine, 1 egg, and vanilla. Makes 9x9 pan.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream 6 Tbsp. margarine, 1 egg, and ½ tsp vanilla. Add the mix and stir until mixture is blended. Cut Reese’s cups in small pieces and add to mix. Spread batter into lightly greased 9x9 pan. Bake for 13 minutes or until done.

Name   Snickerdoodle Cookies 
Description   These light, delicate little cookies are an all time favorite for many of our customers. Requires butter, 1 egg, and a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to roll the cookies in. Makes 2 dz regular sized cookies (more or less depending on size)
Instruction   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine in mixer. Add 1 egg and beat on low until smooth. Add cookie mix and continue to beat on low until dough begins to form. Combine ¼ cup sugar and ½ Tbsp. of cinnamon in a small bowl. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar blend. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 16-19 minutes or until light tan. Makes 2 dozen regular sized cookies (more or less depending on size)
 
 

 

Snickerdoodle Cookies $4.25  

 

 

 
Name   Sugar Cookies 
Description   Makes perfect cookie cutter cookies every time. Add butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Makes 24 cookies.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 400. In large bowl cream together 1 cup softened butter and the sugar. Beat in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, and the flour mixture. Roll out on floured surface and use desired cookie cutter to cut cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheet on top rack of oven. Bake for 6-7 minutes. Makes 24 average sized cookies. For icing: Melt a little butter in small bowl and slowly stir in powdered sugar to desired consistency. Add vanilla or almond extract and dye with food coloring if desired.
