Name   Bean Soup Seasoning 
Description   By popular demand- our Black-eyed Pea Soup seasoning mix!! Add this seasoning, Rotel, and water to beans of your choice for a soup that you're sure tol love. Makes 7 cups.
Instruction   Rinse 1 ½ cups of your choice of beans and place in large microwave safe dish. Cover with water 1-2 inches over beans. Microwave on high 15 minutes. Drain and rinse beans. Place beans, seasoning packet, 6 cups water, and 1 can Rotel (chopped tomatoes with green chilies) in large pot. Stir well, bring to a boil, lower heat, cover, and simmer for 1- 1 ½ hours or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 7 cups.

Name   Bruschetta (Italian Bread) 
Description   A great addition to any meal. Requires olive oil, canned tomatoes, and Italian bread.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 400. Combine ½ can chopped tomatoes, 2 Tbsp olive oil, and the mix. Take half loaf of French Bread and and cut into 1-inch cubes. Line a cookie sheet with foil, place bread cubes on foil, and top with tomato mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes or until bread is browned.

Instruction   Pour 1 and 1/2 cans of beer and the mix into a bowl, mixing well. Coat your vegetables, fish, etc. and fry!

Name   Garlic Mashed Potato Mix-in 
Description   A must for the true garlic lover! Sprinkle about 1 tsp. mix for each ½ cup mashed potatoes. Also good on new potatoes! Yields enough to make 7 cups of mashed potatoes.
Instruction   Sprinkle about 1 tsp. mix for each ½ cup mashed potatoes. Mix well. Yields enough for 7 cups of mashed potatoes.

Name   Honey Pecan Chicken Coating (Now in Large Bag and includes pecans!) 
Description   If you've ever tasted this mix before, then we're positive you'll want more!!! Requires peanut oil for frying, chicken pieces, buttermilk, margarine, and honey.
Instruction   Pour 4 cups buttermilk in a large bowl. Add small pieces of chicken breasts (about 6 breasts) and soak for 2 hours. Coat chicken in mixture and fry with peanut oil. Place on platter and pour a mixture of 3/4 cup honey, 3/4 cup melted butter, and the chopped pecans on top of chicken.

Name   Mexican Flavored Chicken Coating 
Description   Dip your chicken into an egg and milk mixture and then dredge in this yummy coating! Also great with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Instruction   Dip chicken breasts into mixture of 1 egg and ¼ cup milk. Dredge in contents of package. Place in a greased pan and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until crispy golden brown.

Name   Oven Fried Seasoned Fish Mix 
Description   Requires lemon juice and fish. Mix yields enough to cover 4-5 large fillets.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 475. Pour mix into a bowl. Spread 2 Tbsp oil in another baking dish. Pour 3 Tbsp lemon juice in a separate bowl. Dredge fish in lemon juice and then in seasoning mix. Arrange fish in one layer and spoon remaining mixture over fish and then bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Yields enough to cover 4-5 large fillets.
