My Poppy's Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie

 

Name   My Poppy's Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie 
Description   This recipe is a favorite of my grandpa, Poppy. Add a can of pumpkin, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla. Makes 1 pie.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, mix contents of bag, 1 can pumpkin, 2 slightly beaten eggs, ¾ cup heavy cream, and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour mix into pie shell and cook 45-55 minutes or until done

Name   PawPaw's Sugar Free Chocolate Pie 
Description   The most popular of all the sugar free mixes. We took our regular Heavenly Chocolate Pie Mix and converted it to sugar free! Add milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
Instruction   Mix 2 cups milk and contents of package in saucepan over low heat. Beat 3 egg yolks and stir into mixture. Cook on medium low until stiff. Add 2 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue if desired. (Beat 3 egg whites stiffly and then add 3 Tbsp. sugar substitute) Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.

Name   Sugar Free Chocolate Cheesecake 
Description   If you like cheesecake, you'll love this one. Add cream cheese, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 350. Place 16 oz softened cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1 Tbsp. vanilla, and the mix into an electric mixer and mix on high for 7 minutes. Pour mixture into 9x9 pan or pie plate and bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven for 1 more hour. Refrigerate until chilled. Store in refrigerator.

Name   Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Cookies 
Description   Soft, no bake, cookies with a great chocolate flavor. Mix includes walnuts. Add peanut butter, butter, and cream cheese. Makes over a dozen large cookies.
Instruction   Melt together chocolate bar (inside the mix), ½ cup peanut butter, 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, and 2 Tbsp cream cheese over low heat. Remove from heat and add contents of package. Drop as globs onto wax paper and put in refrigerator where they will slightly harden. This is also wonderful as a chocolate sauce for ice-cream while still hot! Makes over a dozen large cookies.

Name   Sugar Free Coconut Pie  
Description   We changed this old family recipe into a sugar free one, and it tastes just as delicious! Requires baked pie shell, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

Description   Created by popular demand! Very similar to our loved key lime pie. Add cream cheese, Cool Whip, and pour into sugar free graham cracker crust or dessert cups!
Instruction   Mix 2 (8oz) blocks softened cream cheese with mix using an electric mixer. Stir in 8oz carton of thawed Cool Whip. Either pour into sugar free graham cracker crust or dessert cups. Chill for 4 hours in refrigerator or 2 hours in freezer.

Description   Our regular lemonade pie is such a hit, that we now have the same taste in sugar free! Add cream cheese, Cool Whip, and pour into sugar free graham cracker crust.

Description   These soft cookies will delight anyone! Add peanut butter, heavy cream, and vanilla. Makes over a dozen large cookies.
Instruction   Preheat oven to 375. Mix ½ cup peanut butter, ¾ cup heavy cream, 2 tsp. vanilla extract, and mix. Drop onto greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake 10 minutes or until set but not hard. Makes over a dozen large cookies

Instruction   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine in mixer. Add 1 egg and beat on low until smooth. Add cookie mix and continue to beat on low until dough begins to form. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll into a cinnamon-sugar
